Terms of Service
Effective September 23, 2026
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of InBrowserKit (https://inbrowserkit.app). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
InBrowserKit provides free tools that run primarily in your browser. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We may suspend or discontinue access without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights
- Attempt to overload, scrape abusively, probe, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
- Use the site to process content you have no right to process
- Circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls, or reverse engineer non-open components except where law allows
- Misrepresent affiliation with InBrowserKit or the site
Your content and files
You retain rights to files and content you process with the tools. You are responsible for that content and for having permission to process it. Most tools run locally; where a tool involves a third-party service, that tool’s page will say so before you use it.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or suitable for your needs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InBrowserKit and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or tools. Your sole remedy is to stop using the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless InBrowserKit and its contributors from claims arising from your misuse of the site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
Ads and third parties
The site may display ads and use third-party services (for example analytics and, if enabled, Google AdSense). Those parties have their own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
